Once the recharge is completed, you will receive a confirmation message from the operator as well as a mail from www.DenaRewardz.com. In case of non-receipt of confirmation message, please check the talk-time/viewing limit of your mobile phone service. You must redeem your points at least 4 hours before the show timing. For example, should you wish to go for a movie show at 11pm on the 15th of April, you must redeem your points and make your booking request by at least 7pm on the 15th of April .
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be required to take a printout of your booking confirmation and carry it with you to the box office at the cinema. Your movie tickets will be at the box office, and on request, they will be handed over to you.
